Poster presenters share their work using a combination of written and graphic materials presented on a display board approximately 1.24 length by 1 Meter width.

Poster Submission Guidelines:

1. Name of presenter-contact person

2. Title or affiliation

3. College (and campus)

4. Names, addresses, and affiliations of collaborators

5. Title of the presentation/poster

6. Abstract (200 words) of the presentation, including focus and purpose for presentation, titles of handouts, and description of the visuals

7. The title should be placed at the top with the authors name, affiliation and at least 1.5
   inches high for easy readability.

8. The title should match the abstract’s title.

9. The presenter should use large enough fonts for subtitles and text so that the poster can be read from approximately 60 – 100 centimeters away.

10. The presenter should avoid the use of script fonts that are difficult to read.

11. All illustrations (graphs, pictures, figures, tables) should be large enough for easy
    observation.
